The Woman's Place, PA

an obstetrics and gynecology practice started by Dr. Ann Hentzen Page and Dr. Kathryn Sawchak in Hutchinson, Kansas in 1999.  A collegiate friendship which began in OB/GYN residency has advanced over decades into an important business of providing medical services for women of all ages throughout their lifetime. At The Woman's Place, the care is individualized and compassionate with emphasis placed on the concept that each woman is a unique being.  Referrals of family and friends from our own patients have been the cornerstone of The Woman's Place and we continue to welcome new patients into our practice. Welcome to all established patients and new patients!  We offer easy to schedule appointments by online scheduling and we look forward to meeting you soon!

Kathryn Sawchak, MD

a Texan transplant, completed her medical school training at Baylor College of Medical School and her OB/GYN residency at University of Kansas School of Medicine residency program. She resided in Wichita Kansas for a year following residency to support her husband, Dr. Erik Severud, in the completion of his orthopedic residency. She and her family then spent a year in California while her husband did his fellowship training in Sports Medicine and she worked for Kaiser Permanente Medical Group. Following completion of this stay in California, she and her family returned to Kansas. She partnered with a colleague and friend Dr. Ann Hentzen Page to create "The Woman's Place".  Throughout the many years, she has valued the privilege of providing top quality care to women and families. Compassionate, individualized care is of utmost priority and she is honored to be a part of the community. She is a mother of 6 and in her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She looks forward to providing care for all women for many years to come.

Ann Hentzen Page, MD

a native of Kansas, completed her medical school training at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and her OB/GYN residency at University of Kansas School of Medicine residency program. After residency, she provided OB/GYN care in Wichita Kansas until she decided to start her own partnership in Hutchinson Kansas at which time "The Woman's Place" evolved. Through decades in Hutchinson, she has been providing top quality services to women and families.  She understands the importance of personalized care and enjoys being here for her family and community.  She is a mother of 8, a grandmother of 3 and in her personal time, she enjoys sharing time with her family and friends. She looks forward to providing care for all women for many years to come.
